- Products must be in their original packaging or similar, so that we receive the product intact and undamaged. Returns are not accepted if the buyer manipulates, mistreats, or uses the product they wish to return.

Refund: Once we have received your product and we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the cost of the order using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 10 working days from when we receive the products.
The return shipping costs will be fully deducted from the amount to be refunded.
