RETURNS

SANDRA FRECKLED accepts returns of products purchased on this website.

But this will rarely happen, because the little piece of jewelry you receive is so cute that you will want to wear it right away!
However, if you are not satisfied and want to proceed with a return...
It will be very simple!
The buyer must notify the return by email: info@sandrafreckled.com
along with your purchase date + purchase code + the attached photo of the purchased product + the account number where you would like to receive the refund of the cost of the purchased product.

Oh! And if you'd like to indicate the reason for the return in the email, I'd be very grateful!

Once the return of the product is requested, the customer must be responsible for sending it to the following address:

At the time the product is received at the address, we check that the product is in perfect condition, along with its complete original packaging, labels and any accessories related to it.
If it has not been used and is not damaged, then the amount corresponding to said purchase will be refunded to the same card with which the customer previously purchased the product.

Returns are accepted if they are made before the seventh day after the buyer received the product to be returned. That is, from the day the buyer receives his/her jewel until 7 days have passed, he/she can make a return. Outside this period, returns are not accepted.

*The only product that is not accepted for return is earrings for hygiene reasons.

Returns are also not accepted if the buyer manipulates, mistreats, or uses the product they wish to return.
