Avoid direct exposure to light and heat sources.
Do not clean your bag with water.
Store it inside its cloth cover, stuffed with paper, and do not overload it so that it can retain its original shape.
Avoid excessive contact with water, grease, perfumes or cosmetics.
If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture, without rubbing, with a soft cloth and let it dry at room temperature.
Avoid running your finger over the logo to prevent it from wearing off.
In the case of leather products, variations in tone, markings or grain are natural characteristics that should not be considered imperfections. SANDRA FRECKLED sometimes uses different engraving or printing techniques on the leather to create unique products, where differences in colour or definition are inherent to the technical processes.
As a result of the transformation process, slight colour transfer may occur on all our leathers when rubbed, especially in humid environments. Please keep this in mind if you are wearing light-coloured garments, especially with suede or suede-like leather.
Imperfections in our hand-woven Raffia and Basket products are also part of their nature and should be taken into account. The colours and dyes of some of these products may also produce a slight colour transfer, so we recommend that you avoid wearing light-coloured garments with brightly coloured items.
